Users don't only speak up in app stores and email — they also vent in communities and on social media. Loopback treats these channels as connectors and funnels them into one unified inbox, so social comments go beyond monitoring and actually get caught (classify → reply → close the loop).
Community / social channels you can connect
Supported: Discord, X (Twitter) and YouTube comments, plus Feishu group messages.
What you can connect is set by the list you see when you click "Add channel" on the Channels page (/channels) — that's the only authoritative list.
How to connect
Most community / social channels connect through official APIs / OAuth — a few clicks to authorize and you're done. Stable, compliant, able to reply officially, with no gray-area scraping.
Your own / unlisted sources
If your source isn't on the list, or comes from an in-house system, you can use a generic Webhook to push feedback into Loopback.
After connecting
Community feedback lands in the same inbox as store and email feedback, all understood, classified, and clustered by AI together. A bad review on social media can just as easily be handled with one click to draft a reply and tracked to closed-loop, instead of stopping at a monitoring dashboard.
What to do when a connection fails
Every channel on the Channels page shows a health status and its most recent error. Common causes: expired credentials (re-authorize), insufficient permissions, or a rate-limited data source (it retries automatically later). Click "Retry" to run it again immediately.
