Once you've connected your first channel and the first fetch and AI understanding are done, your board has content. This page explains "what happens after feedback comes in" to help you make sense of your first batch of data.

What AI does to feedback as it arrives

The moment each piece of feedback arrives, AI completes one structured pass of understanding and tags it with:

  • Sentiment: positive / negative / neutral / mixed.
  • Priority: P0 (most urgent) through P3.
  • Category: bug, payment, account, feature request, usage question, and so on.
  • Whether a reply is needed.
  • The owning feature module.
  • Escalation suggestion: whether support can close it out, or it needs to go to product / engineering / payments.

Every item keeps its classification reasoning, and all judgments can be overridden by a human — AI is an accelerator, not a judge.

Similar feedback clusters into issues

You don't need to read thousands of feedback items one by one. Similar ones automatically merge into issues — a problem like "coins didn't arrive after top-up," even when it comes from dozens of reviews, clusters into a single issue. So you handle 20 issues instead of 2,000 pieces of feedback.

Three-layer drill-down

The board has three layers, from macro to micro:

  1. L1 Overview: this week's feedback volume, negative share, NPS, and open P0 items.
  2. L2 Issues: click an issue to see the feedback it aggregates and its trend.
  3. L3 Single item: click a single item to see the feedback details — original text and translation, sentiment, priority, category, owning module, escalation suggestion, and the AI's classification reasoning.

Board is empty / numbers look off?

Common causes: you haven't connected a channel yet (go to the Channels page first); you just connected and fetching and understanding are still running (check progress on the Channels page); your current filter is too narrow (click "All channels" and widen the time range); new feedback shows translated into your working language by default, with the original in the details.
