Handling feedback one item at a time is fine at low volume, but it can't keep up once volume climbs. This page covers how to speed things up with batch actions, and which bottom line stays fixed even in bulk.
Batch-select in the list view
Switch to the detailed feedback list view (toggle at the top of the board), check multiple pieces of feedback, and act on them all at once:
- Change priority
- Change status (New / Assigned / In progress / Resolved / Closed)
- Assign to a member or group
- Add tags
When handling a batch of similar feedback, this is far faster than clicking through them one by one.
Cross steps with conversational actions
Beyond checkboxes, you can also drive batch actions in natural language — a multi-step action like "assign all payment-related negatives this week to the payments group" takes just one sentence. Anything you can click, you can say.
Replies: draft in bulk, confirm one by one
Speeding things up in bulk is not the same as auto-blasting. One of Loopback's hard bottom lines: outbound sending always requires human confirmation, and the system will never reply to users on your behalf automatically.
So the right way to "reply to all in one click" is this: AI drafts the replies in bulk, but sending each one still takes your confirmation. That keeps it fast while making sure a badly worded auto-reply never gets blasted out and damages the brand. For the full reply flow, see Reply and Close the Loop.
Want it even easier? Hand it to a workflow
If you're repeating some kind of batch handling every day, lock it into a workflow — on a match it auto-assigns, changes priority, and notifies the group (but replies still require human confirmation). See Workflows.
