Loopback is a customer-feedback operations platform: it automatically pulls in user feedback scattered across channels (app store reviews, email, Discord, surveys, and more), has AI understand each item automatically (sentiment, priority P0–P3, category, whether a reply is needed, the owning feature module), aggregates it into drill-down boards and reports, and lets you handle it with automated workflows (assign owners, draft replies, notify a group).

Core principle: AI processing is transparent and reversible, and any action that sends something outbound always requires human confirmation.

In one line

Others sell a "ticketing system" or a "survey tool." What Loopback sells is turning user voices into one loop: collect → understand → cluster → act → close. What you face isn't thousands of scattered reviews, but a handful of already-prioritized issues you can decide on and assign right away.

Page map (where to do what)

  • Board (/): see the full feedback picture, drill down from an issue to a single item, draft replies.
  • Reports (/reports): weekly / daily reports and trends.
  • Workflows (/workflows): describe a goal to generate an automated flow, then refine and ship it in the AI chat on the right.
  • Channels (/channels): connect feedback sources, watch fetch status, retry failures.
  • Settings (/settings): members and roles, subscription and usage, notification channels.

Three steps to start a new workspace from scratch

  1. Go to the Channels page and connect your first feedback source (the fastest is the App Store: no login, just search for your app to connect it).
  2. Wait for the first fetch and AI understanding to finish (the Channels page shows progress; before fetching you can choose the historical time range to pull).
  3. Head back to the board to see the results: start with the negative-review rate and P0 items in the overview, then click into an issue to drill down. Later, you can go to the Workflows page to automate repetitive handling actions.

Sign-up and trial

After signing up with your email, you'll need to click the verification email; onboarding then has you pick a market (China / non-China / global) — this determines data residency and the available channel pool, with China and overseas channels kept separate — and guides you to connect your first channel. Every new workspace automatically gets a 7-day full-feature Max trial — no channel wall, no card required. For billing and quota details, see How Plans and Usage Are Counted.
