The board (/) is your main screen for handling feedback day to day. It organizes thousands of pieces of feedback into a drill-down structure of three levels, letting you click from macro trends all the way down to a single original message.

Three-level drill-down

  1. L1 Overview: this week's feedback volume, negative share, NPS, and open P0s — the overall health at a glance.
  2. L2 Issues: click an issue to enter the feedback list and trend it aggregates. Similar feedback is already merged into issues, so you handle 20 issues instead of 2,000 pieces of feedback.
  3. L3 Single item: click a single item to see the feedback detail — original and translation, sentiment, priority, category, owning feature module, escalation suggestion, and the AI's classification reasoning.

Filters and views

  • Quick channel filter: filter by channel at the top, with each channel's feedback volume shown.
  • Global filters: any combination of channel · time · category · sentiment · priority · status.
  • Dual-view switch: grouped by issue (default, similar feedback merged into issues) / detailed feedback list (item by item).

How AI grades feedback

As each piece of feedback arrives, AI understands it automatically: sentiment (positive / negative / neutral / mixed), priority (P0 most urgent — P3), category (bug / payment / account / feature request / usage question, etc.), whether a reply is needed, the owning feature module, and an escalation suggestion (can support close the loop, or does it need to go to product / engineering / payments).

One key rule: a functional failure (a crash, a payment that won't go through) is at least P1 even when politely worded. Every item keeps its classification reasoning and can be overridden by a human. To dig deeper into the grading logic, read the blog post Let AI Triage Priorities Automatically.

The board is empty / the numbers look wrong

It might be that no channel is connected yet, a channel was just connected and is still fetching, the filter is too narrow, or new feedback is shown translated into your working language by default (the original is in the detail view). Work through the checks in Your First Feedback.

What's next

From a single item's detail you can draft a reply and close the loop, or turn repetitive handling into a workflow.
