Beyond handling feedback, Loopback also helps you distill the results into reports and manage your team and subscription. These all live on the Reports and Settings pages.
Reports page
The Reports page (/reports) offers weekly / daily views: feedback volume and negative-rate trends, changes in key issues, and handling status. A workflow's "roll into the daily / weekly report" action gathers the feedback it matches into the corresponding report, so you can tell your product team clearly "what users were most unhappy about over this period."
Members and roles
The Members tab on the Settings page (/settings): invite colleagues by email and set their role and title. Roles determine permissions — an admin can manage members / subscription / channels, while an operations member handles feedback and workflows. Removing a member doesn't affect their historical handling records.
Subscription and usage
The Subscription tab on the Settings page: view your current plan, trial days remaining, and this period's usage. A new workspace automatically gets a 7-day full-feature Max trial (no channel wall, no card required); when the trial ends, pick a paid plan to keep going. For plans and how usage is metered, see How Plans and Usage Are Counted.
Notification-channel setup
The Notifications tab on the Settings page: connect notification outlets like Slack / Feishu / WeChat Work. A workflow's "notify / alert" actions can only go to channels connected here — if the workflow review finds a channel you want to notify isn't connected, it stops you and prompts you to set it up here first.
Data and privacy
Feedback data is isolated per workspace; your market choice (China / overseas) determines the data-residency cluster. Channel credentials are stored encrypted and never echoed back in plaintext. When you delete a channel / workspace, you'll be shown the data-retention policy. See more in Security and Deployment.
